After moving to NW 26th in Portland, we were working on organizing our studio layout. Finally, we got our window display and our furniture in the studio and we decided to have our open house celebration party with our friends, family, previous clients and neighbors.
I am writing a bit about the vendors who helped us to have a great time and give special thanks to them.
Preparation and planning took about 2 months for us while we provide our Fall photo sessions and other photography services. It was one of the busiest times for us.
Reedville Catering helped us so much for providing some ideas. We were not expecting to have that many people (expected 30 people, but about 45 people came), so we didn’t plan on having sweets until the last moment. We had felt like we could grab some sweets and snacks from some stores. I am so glad though that I was referred to Reedville Catering. They directed us with what we can do with our budget and took care of us very quick and professionally! They gave us enough sweets even though we had more people than we expected. Codi was the catering coordinator for us, and she has a great personality and a lovely sense of hospitality. We are so grateful to use their service. Needless to say, their sweets are delectable.

Another vendor that helped me was Rosemary Stafford Floral Design. I met Rosemary for a bridal photo shoot this past summer. She actually introduced Reedville Catering to me, and I immediately got the right feeling about the catering company because of having the experience with working with her. Her work is amazing…I am not sure how I can express it with enough words. She is such a creative person. I wish I could see her creative brain 😀

I asked her to do some arrangements. I totally trust her imagination and creativity from our last photo shoot, so I left that to her. Look what we got!! Who thought we can get a little forest at the studio? It just blow my mind. I personally love rustic theme tied with nature, it’s like she just read my mind.
We truly appreciate Rosemary’s talent and her work. It made our studio so much more comfortable with artistic fresh greens. She provides destination wedding floral services, event flowers and more. I am thinking to get a Christmas flower arrangement for myself 😉
